Lay rest to all your demons, wars and conflicts, and you will see the demons, wars and conflicts of the world, fade to almost nothing. If you seek to welcome an Extra-Terrestrial race to Earth, then begin by accepting yourself, welcoming and accepting your neighbours, and welcoming and accepting your percieved enemies. What you see in the world, truthfully lies within yourself...within your thoughts...the garden of the mind. So plant beautiful seeds inside yourselves my friends...plant beautiful seeds that will spread across this planet like an unstoppable virus of love. In the end...it all begins with you.
