unsettling matter

Today isn't going as expected. I woke up from this weird dream where I tried out my new cheesecake recipe like 5 times & it worked 100% during which the other members of my family was bathing & shampooing 10 of our kitties (oh dear!). Well after I woke, I had to finish ton of stuff so I could be finally free to whip up the ingredients for my cheese cake. It required a tablespoon of gelatin but I had no idea what every one means by hot water: does it indicate warm or boiling?I tried to add something in between but that was 5 hours ago & it still hasn't settled yet! I don't have a clue to how to proceed now.
Now getting back to Julie/Julia, Julie is done with of JC's soup, Poulet Poęlé avec Farce Duxelles, Gratin Dauphinois et Asperges au Naturel , Tournedos Sautés Aux Champignons Quartiers de Fonds d’Artichauts au Beurre – filet mignon with mushroom and Madeira sauce, and buttered, quartered artichoke hearts, Coquilles St. Jacques a la Parisienne etc.
I have never tasted or worked with mushroom so far. Add this to my next to do list!
