I like the university tutorial scene in 'Life Serial' where, when the tutor asks the class to elaborate on 'the construction of reality', Willow says "Because social phenomena don't have unproblematic objective existences. They have to be interpreted and given meanings by those who encounter them." Unfortunately most of the time it's back to the "it sure is eeevil" paradigm.
