Living life to the fullest
December 19th 2009 23:08
Eating scanty foods with constant thought of eating less to reduce weight is the best possible way of slowly degenerating braincells which I assume works better than smoking. Is this the way we want to spend our short life on this planet?
Enjoying all those yummy food out there not necessarily living to eat but enjoying it is what I call living life to the fullest ( certainly with the inclusion of exercise to cut down all the fat consumed!!)
How many of us actually accomplish the ideal weight without sacrificing our cravings after reading those boring tips on losing weight with a smile on our face that reaches our eye?
The word or thought of exercise itself is enough to put us back to bed. I guess our hatred for exercise must be overcome if we want to be experiencing life. Exercise need not necessary imply running tediously on those treadmills but something exciting like team sport such as basketball twice a week which not only diverts our attention from the very thought of exercise but helps us catch up friends on their weekly lives or even watch a movie which we longer for for like ages while skipping.
I found a humorous similarity between this phrase & exercise:Cry & you cry alone but laugh, the world laughs with you!!
The moment you think you don't have a minute to spare is exactly the right moment to start skipping or jogging or the right time to work out which not helps lose weight but also helps to organize thoughts & mentally prepare for the deadlines to meet.
After reading Julie's post today, I still think French names for food still seem hideous.
