I say:
What is one thing you want to change about yourself?
Right now I want to stop getting dragged down by people who I'm finding it difficult to marginalise as I go about my business... I'm trying to stop getting needlessly angry at their ineptitude and focus on the things that inspire me instead.

People still piss me off, but when it happens I try to sit with it. Not act. Treat it as a moment of listening. Ask what is really happening here---who am I really annoyed with?
